Residential Builder with a development arm – highly successful
n
Not your typical project home builder; they have a diverse portfolio of work
n
Big land bank which sees them in a strong position right now giving the current land shortages
n
Work alongside an existing team of 4 with a dedicated CSR Manager
n
Salary depending on experience, $75k – $90k + Super
n
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
Support clients from contract deposit to handover through the provision of personalised customer service and administration support
n
Client Relationship Management
n
Maintenance of client files and related information
n
Workflow management and reporting
n
Liaison with internal departments and teams on required approvals
n
Coordination of engineering details, water board, hydraulic, acoustic, bushfire etc.
n
Preparation of submission documentation and liaison with relevant Developer/Council/PCA
n
Coordination of all necessary documentation from clients, suppliers, contractors,
lenders, brokers as required
n
Provision of practical completion and settlement letters prior to and completion of settlement
n
n
Requirements To Apply
n
n
4 + years of experience within the building industry in a Customer Service role with working knowledge of the Pre-Construction and Construction process.
n
Ability to clearly identify the Customers' needs and generate solutions to suit both the Customer and business.
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
n
Interpersonal skills with the ability to build a quick rapport with Customers
n
Strong attention to detail.
n
Competent computing skills in Microsoft Office, On-Site Companion or an equivalent system
n
A confident and friendly personality with the ability to work well in a co-operative team environment
n
Self-motivated, dedicated and dynamic
n
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
n
n
