About the Role
n
We are seeking
Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Kitchen Hands
to join us at Monarto Safari Resort & Safari Lodge.



You would be responsible for the high quality preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparation of unique menus, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction;
n
Maintaining levels of stock and inventory;
n
Hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas; and
n
Compliance with HACCP
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role you will be passionate and proud of the food and service you deliver, and are willing to go above and beyond for our guests. You are a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
n
Successful candidates must have:
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with industry experience in fast paced culinary environment (for chef positions)
n
Professionalism, immaculate personal presentation in line with our company culture and enjoy engaging with our guests
n
Strong understanding of food safety
n
Available early mornings, weekends and public holidays
