Working across multiple Sydney Metro locations, you'll build relationships with customers, collaborate with different teams, and gain exposure to a wide range of business operations including customer service, sales support, inventory management and store operations.
This is more than a traditional warehouse role.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, learn new skills, and gain exposure to different Trade Centres across the network.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Trade Centre team, you'll help create a great experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of stores across Sydney by:
* Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
* Processing orders, invoices and payments
* Supporting inventory and warehouse operations
* Loading and unloading products using a forklift and manual handling equipment
* Maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming store environment
* Assisting with stock counts and operational reporting




* Working collaboratively with different teams across multiple locations
What You'll Bring
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, trade sales, warehouse operations and building products.
To be successful, you'll have:
* A current forklift licence
* A current driver's licence
* Solid communication and customer service skills
* A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
* A commitment to safety
* Flexibility to travel between Sydney locations
* A positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success
