CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand for a temp-to-perm prospect with our client, working across concrete retaining wall installation projects based out of Narangba and various project sites .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil professional with genuine hands-on concrete retaining wall installation experience who is ready to take on a leadership role and coordinate a retaining wall installation crew.
Role Responsibilities: As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for coordinating and working alongside the retaining wall installation crew across various civil construction sites.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Leading and coordinating a crew completing concrete retaining wall installations Hands-on installation of concrete retaining walls and precast components Site preparation, set-out and installation works Reading plans and understanding levels and set-out Working alongside excavators and other plant during installations Allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety Liaising with site supervisors and other project personnel General civil construction duties as required Benefits: Initial casual rate of approximately $50–$52/hour + travel allowance Permanent rate of $45/hour + company work ute Temp-to-perm opportunity Monday to Friday, full-time hours Early starts, approximately 6:00/6:30am – 4:30/5:00pm Long-term opportunity with an established civil construction company Work across a variety of civil construction project sites Immediate start available Our Ideal Candidate:



Proven experience in a Leading Hand or senior civil construction role Genuine hands-on experience installing concrete retaining walls Experience working with precast concrete retaining wall systems Ability to read plans and understand levels/set-out Strong leadership and communication skills Confident coordinating a crew and working alongside plant Current Driver Licence White Construction Card Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites Reliable, hardworking and committed to a long-term opportunity Important: This position requires genuine hands-on concrete retaining wall installation experience .
