We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Planner
to join our team, supporting electrical maintenance activities at a major coal export terminal near Mackay, Queensland.
n
This opportunity would suit an experienced planner with a proven track record planning maintenance for electrical assets and working closely with electrical maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities n
n
Develop detailed electrical maintenance work plans for fixed plant, infrastructure, and associated equipment.
n
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure protected, efficient, and reliable execution of work.
n
Create work packs,



define resource requirements, and manage maintenance schedules.
n
Utilise the site CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance planning, and equipment history.
n
Liaise closely with operations, maintenance, and contractor personnel to optimise maintenance outcomes.
n
Review maintenance data and performance trends to identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Proven experience in maintenance planning, preferably for electrical plant and infrastructure.
n
Trade-qualified or relevant background in mechanical, electrical, or related maintenance disciplines.
n
Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and planning tools.
n
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
n
Current Australian work rights.
