Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior leadership position will take ownership of the hotel's financial operations while providing the commercial insight and strategic direction required to drive profitability and continued business growth.

Combining hands-on financial leadership with strategic commercial insight, your responsibilities will include: Leading the hotel's complete financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow management Providing strategic financial advice,



analysis and commercial insights to the General Manager and Hotel Management Team Leading annual budgeting and forecasting processes and ensuring financial targets are clearly understood across the business Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability Analysing revenue, costs and operational performance to support informed commercial decision-making Driving financial accountability across all hotel departments Preparing and overseeing accurate financial reporting in line with company requirements Ensuring strong financial controls, governance and compliance procedures are maintained Leading, mentoring and developing the Finance team to create a high-performance, service-focused culture Building strong working relationships across hotel operations and Head Office Managing relationships with auditors, financial institutions and other external stakeholders Supporting the General Manager with strategic planning and initiatives designed to enhance the hotel's ongoing performance and growth WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED To be successful in this senior leadership role, you will be an accomplished finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial thinking and an understanding of hotel operations.
You will bring: CPA or CA qualification Previous experience in a Director of Finance, Financial Controller or similar senior finance leadership position Strong understanding of hotel operations and the commercial drivers of a hotel business Proven experience across budgeting, forecasting,
