We are seeking a polished, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join their Broome Boutique and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

You'll be responsible for: Creating a warm,



welcoming and luxurious customer experience Sharing the brand story and bringing the South Sea pearl collections to life Developing strong product knowledge and confidently communicating the brand's points of difference Building genuine rapport and understanding each customer's needs Guiding customers through their purchase journey and confidently closing sales Working collaboratively with the team to achieve boutique sales targets Maintaining exceptional standards of product presentation and visual merchandising Supporting store administration and customer requirements Contributing to a positive, professional and collegiate team environment About you: We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, polished and customer-focused , with the confidence to engage with customers and a genuine passion for premium products.
You'll ideally bring: Strong consumer-facing sales experience A passion for luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty or premium brands Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence converting customer interactions into sales A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to learn Strong computer and administrative skills An eye for presentation and attention to detail A cooperative and team-focused approach Professional presentation and a natural ability to make customers feel welcome Jewellery experience is not essential.
