What does the job look like?
Join our Retail team as an AM Transport Allocator based in Truganina, VIC.
You'll play a key role in keeping our operations moving - managing transport allocations, optimising routes, and dispatching metro deliveries to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
This position offers a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off roster, with 12-hour shifts from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key areas: Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationships Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times Are you the one?

You can demonstrate: Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded,



but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
Intermediate to advanced computer skills Geographical knowledge of VIC metro and surrounding areas Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficient Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's in it for me?
