Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of a portfolio of dealership and introducer relationships, helping partners increase finance penetration, improve performance and achieve commercial outcomes.
The Role As the Dealer Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with dealerships and introducers, supporting partner growth and driving finance volumes across your territory.
You will become a trusted adviser to your network, providing ongoing support, training and commercial insights while identifying opportunities to grow market share and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Grow and maintain relationships with dealership and introducer partners.
Drive finance volume growth across an established territory.
Achieve agreed sales targets, budgets and performance metrics.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and execute territory sales plans.
Conduct regular dealership visits and business reviews.
Analyse performance trends and implement growth strategies.
Increase finance penetration and overall dealer performance.
Deliver product, system and process training to dealer partners.




Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
Monitor market activity and competitor trends.
Ensure compliance with responsible lending obligations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Support national sales initiatives and business growth projects.
Act as a brand ambassador across the dealer network.
About You You will bring previous experience in a Business Development, Relationship Management or Sales role, ideally within automotive finance, asset finance, commercial lending, banking or a related financial services environment.
You are a proactive networker who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships and creating opportunities for growth.
With strong commercial acumen and communication skills, you can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels and influence positive business outcomes.
You are organised, self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory while maintaining a strong customer focus.
