Drive governance, risk, commercial oversight and executive reporting Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology delivery and outcomes Location: Perth, WA Engagement: Fixed-Term Contract (2 years) About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead an established delivery team across seven project workstreams as part of a major, business-wide ICT transformation program.
The role will take overall accountability for delivery, providing strategic direction across the workstreams while engaging closely with senior executives, business stakeholders and technology partners to drive the program forward.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a long-term transformation program, bringing structure and momentum to a project that has previously encountered challenges Oversee enterprise systems implementation, business process redesign, enhanced data and reporting capability, benefits realisation and organisational change.
Coordinate multiple project streams across business, ICT, PMO, Organisational Change, vendors and implementation partners.
Provide strong governance, risk management and commercial oversight, ensuring delivery remains aligned to scope, budget, stage gates and benefits.
Work closely with the CFO, Board and senior business leaders to maintain alignment, transparency and delivery momentum.

You have successfully recovered, reset or turned around complex projects/ programs and can bring structure and momentum to challenging environments.
You are collaborative with an influential and decisive leadership style; able to create clarity and maintain momentum in complex environments.
Must-Have Skills Experience: Extensive experience leading complex enterprise transformation, business systems or ICT-enabled change programs.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and critical path.
Demonstrable experience establishing and operating governance frameworks, stage gates, decision forums, risk controls, escalation pathways and executive reporting.
Ability to bring together business, finance, ICT, data, operational and change outcomes rather than managing technology delivery in isolation.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing Systems Integrators, implementation partners and vendors against scope, cost and contractual obligations.
Highly developed ability to engage senior business leaders and C-level executives.
Experience integrating change management, business readiness and transition to business-as-usual into the delivery lifecycle.
Strong judgement around project risks, issues, dependencies, tolerances and timely escalation and decision-making.
