This role sits at the intersection of audience growth and philanthropic income.
The successful candidate will manage Linden's communications calendar and digital channels — email, social media, website and paid advertising — while also building and developing existing and untapped sources of individual, philanthropic and corporate giving,
identifying and applying for grants, and managing the Linden Patron Program.
Linden currently secures over 60% of its operating budget through individual donations, government and philanthropic sources, and this role will help grow and diversify that income further.
Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will continue to assess, shape and implement Linden's fundraising plan and audience-growth priorities, ensuring marketing and fundraising activity are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
We're looking for a highly motivated, energetic and goals-driven individual with a growth mindset, who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment.
The role calls for a flexible approach to work practices — including off-site meetings, after-hours work and occasional weekend event attendance — and the ability to move comfortably across a range of formal and informal social settings, from donor events to industry networks.
This is a full-time role, with an initial three year contract.
Salary is $100K plus legislated superannuation.
