high-quality patient care and supporting patients throughout their recovery journey.
Your Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based nursing care in line with best practice standards Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout treatment and recovery Collaborate effectively with surgeons, medical specialists, allied health professionals and nursing colleagues Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Advocate for patients and promote a culture of safe clinical practice Support positive patient experiences through compassionate, person-centred care About You You are a passionate and skilled clinician who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years' experience in surgical nursing Demonstrated experience in urology nursing Current Working with Children Check Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Commitment to quality and safety standards Sound understanding of ACQSHC National Standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Intermediate computer literacy Why Healthscope?
