Cook (2 Positions Available) IN-N-Out Drive Thru — Mildura, VIC **** Full-Time Positions IN-N-Out Drive Thru is seeking two qualified and experienced Full-Time Cooks (ANZSCO ******) to join our kitchen team in Mildura, Victoria.
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation Location: Mildura VIC **** Employment Type: Full-Time (2 positions) Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards Ensure all ingredients and prepared food items meet quality and freshness standards Monitor cooking processes, including temperature control of ovens,



grills and other equipment Season and cook food appropriately using a variety of cooking techniques Portion and present dishes with consistency and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in line with food safety standards Store food in compliance with temperature and hygiene regulations Assist in planning menus and estimating food and ingredient requirements Adapt dishes to meet specific dietary requirements where required Assist in supervising and guiding junior kitchen staff when necessary Skills and Qualifications AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Relevant experience or on-the-job training Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment How to Apply Please submit your current resume and supporting documents, including three current skilled referees, to *******************************.
