The Company Robert Half are partnering with a high-growth financial services organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help shape its technology strategy and architecture, with a key focus on designing scalable solutions that support the organisation's continued growth.
The Role As a Solution Architect, you will: Design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned to business objectives.
Experience working in large-scale transformation projects including system consolidation, application migration, and cloud adoption.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, providing strategic insights on emerging technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
Lead the design and delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and AWS, with a strong focus on scalability, security and resilience.
Architect Azure Landing Zone environments and support the organisation's transition from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based platforms.




Design and oversee complex infrastructure solutions spanning cloud, networking, Active Directory and hybrid on-premises environments.
Your Profile 8+ years as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, particularly system migrations and consolidations.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns, and legacy-to-cloud transitions.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into explicit, actionable insights.
A strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to balancing business needs, risks, and technical feasibility.
Desirable Experience in financial services.
Certifications in Azure Solutions Architect .
