Company Description ****SMILES Upper Ross is looking for a friendly, reliable Casual Receptionist to join our front desk team.
We're looking for someone with a strong customer service or reception background , excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

This is a casual role with flexible availability required Monday to Saturday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Hours will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the practice, with the opportunity to work approximately ***** hours in most weeks.
Job Description As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an significant role in keeping the practice running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include: Welcoming patients and creating a warm, skilled first impression Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule Answering phone enquiries and assisting patients with their questions Processing payments and handling general reception administration Keeping patient records and information accurate and up to date Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks when needed Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will: Have previous customer service or reception experience Be confident communicating with a wide range of people Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Be able to multitask and stay calm when things get busy Be reliable,



positive and willing to learn Previous dental reception or administration experience is advantageous, but not essential , as full training will be provided.
