Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking a Graduate Contracts Administrator to join their growing business.
About the Role As a Graduate Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of a range of build projects.
You'll be assisting the Project Management team in assisting with commercial and contractual aspects of this project.
You'll liaise with multidisciplinary teams, key stakeholders, and play a part in ensuring successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities Assist the team in delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Help maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
Help with supporting a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants sub-contractors.




Support the senior team and ensure smooth communication with the whole project team.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills Experience Recent graduate or under graduate with some construction exposure.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong desire to grow and learn in your construction career.
