About Our Client With decades of experience delivering high-quality civil and commercial construction projects, our client is a trusted name across regional Queensland.
Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our growing team.
Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead civil infrastructure projects from award through to completion.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
* Develop and maintain project programs and delivery schedules.
* Oversee pipeline, water, sewer and utility infrastructure construction activities.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
* Drive WHS, environmental and compliance outcomes.
* Manage project reporting, risk management and client communications.
* Mentor Site Engineers, Supervisors and delivery teams.
* Identify and proactively resolve project issues.




The Successful Applicant ABOUT YOU You will be a motivated and highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure delivery.You will bring: * Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
* 5 - 7+ years experience within civil construction.
* Proven end to end Project Management experience on civil infrastructure projects.
* Demonstrated experience delivering trunk water mains, sewer mains, pipelines and utility works.
* Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control and forecasting.
* Sound knowledge of WHS and civil construction compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Current Driver Licence.
* White Card.
What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 AUD plus vehicle and fuel card for unlimited use.
