Backed for aggressive growth, they are investing heavily in their data and analytics capability to support an ambitious next stage of expansion, and want the best talent in the market to help drive it.
About the Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will own pricing analytics and lead the maturing of the function end to end.
This is a genuine build role: you will take the business from Excel-based analysis to a Python-driven approach, set the analytical standard, and shape how pricing decisions are made at the highest level.

margin and volume trade-offs to support commercial strategy Work across finance and risk to keep pricing, profitability and portfolio decisions joined up, translating analysis into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences Skills and Experience Background in pricing analytics, credit analytics, credit risk, or a quantitative discipline Strong, hands-on Python skills, this is a build-heavy role, not just analysis A robust statistical or mathematical background is highly desirable Commercial acumen and the ability to translate analysis into decisions A track record of delivering in fast-paced environments Background in Big Four consulting or strong banking / financial services Australian citizenship or permanent residency required Leon is recruiting for this role on behalf of Allura Partners.
