They are seeking an experienced pest control professional to take ownership of service delivery, ensuring technical standards are met, technicians are supported, and clients continue to receive a premium service.
This is a senior role suited to someone who understands commercial pest control environments and can lead from the front without needing supervision.
The Role You will be responsible for: • Overseeing pest control service delivery across commercial contracts • Maintaining high technical and compliance standards • Supporting, training, and guiding field technicians • Conducting inspections, quotes, audits,



and quality checks • Managing client relationships from a technical and service perspective • Stepping into field work when required to support the team • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and systems You'll be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle, phone, iPad, uniforms, tools, and support.
