Job Description Conduct payroll compliance testing and transactional audits across payroll and time attendance systems.
Investigate payroll discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain and support payroll compliance and risk management frameworks.
Monitor changes to Australian payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and superannuation obligations.
Support internal and external audits through reporting and documentation.
Analyse large payroll data sets to identify trends, anomalies and compliance risks.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Audit and IT stakeholders.




Drive process improvement initiatives and strengthen payroll controls.
Produce compliance reporting and insights for leadership teams.
The Successful Applicant Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Experience working within large, complex and high-volume payroll environments.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret payroll data and identify risks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
