You'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Rowville – Liberty Avenue and the role: Are you an experienced Senior Educator or Lead Educator with a Diploma qualification and a passion for supporting quality practice?
At Goodstart Rowville - Liberty Avenue, we're looking for an educator who is ready to grow into an Educational Leader role and help guide curriculum, pedagogy and continuous improvement across our centre.




If you have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine passion for supporting other educators, we'd love to hear from you.
* Influence teaching practice across four learning environments in a full-time position and working in a rotating roster between the centre's operating hours 7am – 6:30pm.
