We are looking for a Metal Machinist (First Class) to join our team.

POSITION DETAILS: Location: Bellevue WA Employment type: Full-time Salary: $78,000-$90,000 EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: May erect machines and equipment on-site Studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings Forming metal stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools to press, cut, grind, plane, bore and drill metal Setting guides, stops and other controls on machining tools, setting up prescribed cutting and shaping tools and dies in machines and presses,



and setting controls for textile machines Support continuous improvement and quality outcomes Communicate effectively with team members and management Maintain accurate records relevant to the role SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate III including at least two years of relevant experience, or Certificate IV.
At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
More than proficient in one off / jobbing programming and set up (mandatory) Edgecam experience advanced (mandatory) Advanced experience with Okuma and Mazak 5 axis machining centres; (Mandatory) Ability to run multiple machines (mandatory) A motivated can-do attitude Relevant experience may also be required.
