Parts Interpreter – Saddleworth

Summary:
n
An exciting chance exists for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated team at our Saddleworth Branch.
n
Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Counter and phone sales across the complete Vater Machinery product range
n
Ordering, processing and dispatching sales transactions
n
Providing support (parts interpreting) to our service technicians
n
Stock and maintain showroom merchandise ensuring visibility in clean orderly displays
n
Assist in maintaining inventory levels
n
Assist with in / out bound freight
n
Participate in continuous rolling stocktakes and general inventory monitoring
n
General administration and accuracy in customer support
n
n
Qualifications & Experience:
n
n




Experience in automotive/farm machinery parts interpreting preferred and/or an apprenticeship will be considered for the right candidate.
n
Proven technical interpretation skills
n
Exceptional customer service & communication skills
n
Proven strong organisational and decision-making skills
n
The ability to work within a team environment
n
The ability to multitask and to work with minimum supervision
n
Computer literacy with experience in MS Word and Excel
n
Hold a current driver's licence (essential)
n
Hold a current nationally accredited LF (Forklift) licence (desirable)
n
n
