Work Location: Petersham (there may be some requirement to travel in Sydney CBD) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: In this role, you will be responsible for design and development of engaging learning content using a variety of learning creation tools and platforms.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create engaging, high quality and compelling course content and artefacts that meet the required needs of our clients.
Engage with clients to identify specific learning outcomes and or requirements inclusive of delivery methods, content type and regulatory and legislative outcomes or requirements.
Conduct TNA, prepare story boards and supporting artefacts to create detailed course content for varied audiences cover a broad range of learning levels.
Create supporting learning material such as audio, video, simulations, work instructions, quick reference guides, role plays, games etc. that align to client objectives.




Ensure training artefacts developed are in line with the required and or agreed standards/regulations and where applicable develop learning content that meet the compliance standards as outlined within the relevant VET Standards.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE***** (or its successor or equivalent) and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience.
Proficiency in a wide range of learning creation tools.
