Our clinic in Drummoyne is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity , working Monday to Friday , with shifts between 7:30am - 9:00pm .
As well as the opportunity to work Saturday's and Sunday's.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
What we're looking for: ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Relevant reception experience.
✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
