Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their growing business.
About the Role As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of a range of fit-out build projects.
You'll be assisting the Project Manager in overseeing all commercial and contractual aspects of this project.
You'll liaise with multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.
This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants sub-contractors.




Support the senior team and ensure smooth communication with the whole project team.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Varied construction experience preferred.
Skills Experience 2+ years of experience in contracts administration roles.
Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Robust understanding of commercial, procurement, and project controls.
