The important details: Start Date: 30 November **** Duration: 3 months (12 weeks) Locations: North Lakes Kawana Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am - 4pm What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for customers over the phone who are navigating a home insurance claim Review reports from builders, engineers, and suppliers to make informed claims decisions Build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive the best outcomes Develop skills in customer communication, claims management,
