About the Role: Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries.
The role is primarily office-based in Dandenong, with the opportunity to work from home once you are established in the position.
Your responsibilities will include: • Managing end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients • Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations • Processing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance • Processing superannuation and payroll reporting • Managing payroll through Employment Hero • Assisting with BAS preparation • Coding transactions and interpreting Profit Loss and Balance Sheet accounts • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records • Liaising directly with clients and handling bookkeeping queries • Assisting with month-end bookkeeping processes About you: looking for a confident and experienced Bookkeeper who enjoys working with clients and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ideally, you will have: • Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within an accounting or bookkeeping practice • Strong Employment Hero Payroll experience – essential • QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience • Experience with Xero and MYOB • Strong payroll knowledge, including awards,
superannuation and STP • Excellent reconciliation skills • Strong communication and client service skills • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail • The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple clients • Full Australian working rights Why Join?
