Sharp Carter is looking for an experienced Temporary Contact Centre Representative to join our client's customer engagement team.
This chance is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience across the healthcare and insurance industries.
Working as the first point of contact, you will play a key role in supporting customers by helping them access essential services.

Key Responsibilities Respond to enquiries via phone, email, web and other approved communication channels in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information regarding services, eligibility requirements,



pathways and processes Triage enquiries across multiple service streams and ensure customers are directed to the most appropriate team Maintain accurate customer records, case notes and system updates Resolve routine enquiries at first point of contact wherever possible Escalate complex, sensitive or urgent matters appropriately Follow organisational procedures, compliance requirements and service standards Contribute to customer experience outcomes, responsiveness and service quality Support a positive and collaborative team culture About You: Previous experience within a contact centre, intake, customer service or administration role Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically Excellent attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality and safeguarding principles What's on Offer?
