We supply customers across mining, industrial, commercial and residential markets, with a strong local team behind you and the backing of a national network.
The Role If you'd rather be out talking to customers than sitting behind a desk all day, this is for you.
You'll take over an established customer base across Mount Isa and the surrounding region, spending most of your time looking after and growing existing accounts, with some new business thrown into the mix.
Your days will be varied.
You might be catching up with a customer over coffee, heading out to a mine or industrial site, dropping into a local business, following up an opportunity or picking up the phone to introduce yourself to someone new.
It's about knowing your customers, building strong relationships and making sure Haymans is the first call when they need something.
What You'll Be Doing Get out on the road and regularly catch up with customers Grow existing accounts and find new sales opportunities Cold call and bring current customers into the business Work with the branch team on quotes, orders and customer needs About You We're open on where you've come from.




You might be a BDM or Account Manager from another trade-based industry.
You could be working in internal sales and ready to get out from behind the counter.
Or you might be an electrician or tradie who knows the products and customers, but is ready to get off the tools.
What matters is that you bring either a solid sales background or some electrical or trade knowledge , and you're comfortable talking to people.
You'll need to be outgoing, relatable and happy to pick up the phone.
Our customers are all different, so being able to have a conversation, build rapport and develop relationships is a big part of what will make you successful.
A current driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights are required.
