About the Role
n
As Centre Director, you will take overall responsibility for the successful leadership and operation of the service.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading, mentoring and developing your team
n
Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre
n
Driving quality improvement and continuous improvement
n
Maintaining strong compliance with the NQF, NQS,



EYLF and Queensland regulations
n
Supporting the centre through Assessment & Rating
n
Building strong relationships with children, families and the local community
n
Driving enrolments, occupancy and centre performance
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention
n
Creating a positive and accountable team culture
n
Ensuring child safety and safeguarding practices remain a priority
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced early childhood leader who:
n
n
Has previous Centre Director / Service Manager experience
n
Holds a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood
n
Has strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and Queensland regulatory requirements
n
Is an inspirational and confident people leader
n
Has strong operational and compliance skills
n
Understands the importance of occupancy, enrolments and family engagement
n
Is passionate about developing educators and future leaders
n
Leads by example and creates a positive centre culture
n
Is ambitious and looking for genuine career progression
n
