About the Role As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will: Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with qualified standards Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care outcomes Support, supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout their care journey Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement for both patients and staff About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Recent Emergency Department nursing experience Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care Understanding of ACQSHC National Standards Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain) Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care Nursing Why Healthscope?
