Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating sales.
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
n
Understand customer needs and recommend products that align with their requirements.
n
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
n
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
n
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Qualifications, Education & Experience n

Proven experience in outbound telesales or a related sales role
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Solid organizational and time management skills
