This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside like-minded professionals, contributing to a developing operation and sharing their knowledge and experience while gaining exposure to different areas of the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and a genuine commitment to safety, leadership and developing their team.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual) Minimum 5 years' experience in open pit mining or quarrying ,



including experience operating mining equipment Supervisor S26 Certificate Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite , including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills A cooperative approach with demonstrated team-building capabilities A strong commitment to safety and operational performance About us Genesis Mining Services (GMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genesis Minerals Limited.
GMS has been established to provide in-house open pit mining services across the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
Our vision is to build the premium Australian gold miner – progressive, high quality and +500koz per annum.
Our all-Australian assets include the historic Gwalia mine, Admiral and Ulysses operations, and the Laverton Mill , which is planned for restart in the near term.
