You'll have access to our Northcote clinic on High Street as your local team base, with the flexibility to work across clinic, community and home depending on your caseload and day.
Our community caseloads are built with your location in mind wherever possible, helping to keep travel practical and manageable.
We're particularly interested in OTs based across Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Bundoora, Greensborough and surrounding north and north-eastern suburbs.
You'll support NDIS participants across the lifespan, delivering strengths-based, evidence-informed Occupational Therapy in the environments where it can make the biggest difference.
Your caseload can include a broad mix of functional assessments, capacity building, assistive technology, home modifications and ongoing therapy, with consideration given to your experience,
clinical interests and development goals .
You'll also be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and other allied health clinicians , with plenty of opportunity for collaboration and shared learning.

What You'll Be Doing Deliver functional, person-centred Occupational Therapy across clinic, home and community settings Complete functional assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy Support participants to work towards meaningful goals, independence and participation Work across areas such as capacity building, assistive technology and home modifications depending on your experience and interests Collaborate with participants, families,
