OpenText Exstream Developer

nWe are looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer to support design, development, and maintenance of customer communications solutions. The role focuses mainly on OpenText Exstream, with exposure to other CCM tools considered a plus.n
Key Responsibilities

n• Design, develop, and maintain templates using OpenText Exstreamn
n• Work with business teams to understand document and communication requirementsn
n• Configure and customize Exstream solutions for customer communicationsn
n• Perform unit testing and support deploymentsn
n• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document generationn
n• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of outputsn
Mandatory Skills
n
n• Robust hands-on experience with OpenText Exstreamn
n• Experience in developing and modifying Exstream templatesn
n• Good understanding of CCM (Customer Communication Management) conceptsn
Preferred (Good to Have) Skills
n
n• Experience with Thunderheadn
n• Knowledge of Thunderhead v6.0 (Business Objects and Content Studio)n
n• Exposure to SmartCommsn
n• Experience with Dopix tooln
