About the Role
n
As our Wedding & Social Events Sales Executive, you'll manage the entire journey-from the first inquiry to the final farewell. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Management & Conversion:
Handle all incoming wedding and social event leads with a consultative approach, ensuring high conversion rates and a seamless client experience.
n
End-to-End Ownership:
Commit to managing each lead from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and on-the-day execution.
n
Sales Growth:
Generate current business opportunities and achieve company targets.
n
Event Documentation:
Prepare and review BEOs, floor plans, billing, and feedback forms.
n
Client Experience:
Deliver exceptional service and ensure every event exceeds expectations.
n
Creative Marketing:
Assist in creating engaging wedding collateral to attract and inspire clients.
n
Market Intelligence:




Gather competitor insights to refine packages and introduce profitable ideas.
n
Networking:
Attend tradeshows and industry events to build relationships and attract new leads.
n
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Conference & Events Sales Manager to implement strategies that boost bookings.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum
2 years' experience
in Conference & Events Management or similar.
n
A genuine passion for weddings and social events with strong market knowledge.
n
Ability to work
weekends and public holidays
as required.
n
Professional, warm, and approachable
manner with exceptional communication skills.
n
Impeccable presentation and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
n
Proficiency in
MS Word & Excel
; experience with
Delphi/Salesforce and Opera
is highly desirable.
n
Must be an
Australian Resident
or hold long-term work rights.
n
