About the Role n
TWLLH Group is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing activities across our growing portfolio of businesses.
n
This is not simply a task-based role. We want someone who can identify opportunities, recommend improvements, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive projects from idea to completion.
n
You will work across multiple brands with different products, services and customers. For the right person, the role offers a pathway into marketing management and broader commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Coordinate marketing calendars, campaigns and product or service launches.
n
Manage website content, improvements, SEO and digital marketing activities.
n
Plan and coordinate social media, email marketing and content schedules.
n
Brief and manage designers, photographers, videographers and other contractors.
n
Maintain consistent branding across websites, signage, vehicles, uniforms and corporate materials.
n
Coordinate catalogs, brochures, capability statements, presentations, data sheets and templates.
n
Maintain an organised library of approved marketing and brand assets.
n
Assist with product, project, facility and employee photography.
n
Track marketing expenditure against approved budgets.
n
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and ROI.
n




Identify marketing gaps and recommend practical improvements.
n
Work with sales, operations and finance teams to ensure materials are accurate and commercially effective.
n
About You n
You are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You identify what needs to be done, propose solutions and follow projects through to completion.
n
Experience in several of the following areas would be valuable:

Marketing coordination or management
n
Digital marketing, SEO and websites
n
Social media and content development
n
Email marketing
n
Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar platforms
n
Photography and basic photo editing
n
Brand and graphic design coordination
n
Marketing analytics and reporting
n
CRM and marketing automation
n
Budget and contractor management
n
n
Experience working across multiple brands or within a growing business workplace would be highly regarded.

Initially, you will focus on bringing structure, consistency and momentum to marketing across the group. Over time, you may take greater ownership of marketing strategy, budgets, lead generation and commercial performance.

The potential pathway is Marketing Coordinator → Marketing Manager → Group Marketing Manager → CMO.
