In this role you'll lead a team to deliver quality, person centred and sustainable home care services with a innovative mindset to support users to live their best life, while continuing to live independently.

About you
n
n
We are looking for a collaborative leader with strong sector relationships. Along with in-depth clinical knowledge you'll bring:
n
n
n
Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent industry experience
n
Significant care service management experience
n
Strong track record in leading person-centred, quality and compliant services to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable people.

Experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring and professional development
n
The ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource and implement services.
n
Evidence of Covid Vaccination (or approved exemption)
n
National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
