The Role
n Working within a fast-paced call centre setting, you will provide a high standard of customer service while managing enquiries and supporting the timely delivery of services.
n Key responsibilities will include:
n

Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
n
Responding to enquiries and resolving customer concerns effectively
n
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal and external stakeholders
n
Using active listening, negotiation and dispute resolution skills to manage challenging interactions
n
Working towards KPIs and established performance measures
n
Accurately updating records, databases and information systems
n




Preparing documentation and completing general administrative duties
n
Contributing positively to team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Your Profile
n

n
Previous call centre or high-volume customer service experience
n
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
n
Confidence managing complaints and de-escalating challenging situations
n
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
n
Ability to work effectively within a KPI-driven environment
n
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and data entry skills
n
Strong computer literacy and accurate record-keeping abilities
n
Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Previous QLD State Government experience will be highly regarded
n
