Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition
n
Identify and engage potential clients through both online and offline channels, while assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
n
Training & Learning
n
Participate in comprehensive training covering financial markets, foreign exchange (FX), trading strategies, platform operations, and risk management.
n
Client Relationship Management
n
Respond to client enquiries professionally and build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
n
Market Research & Feedback
n
Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.
n
Goal Achievement
n
Work towards individual performance targets while continuously developing your sales, communication, and financial market knowledge.

What We're Looking For
n

Strong motivation for personal growth and achieving results
n
Interest in financial markets and the foreign exchange (FX) industry
n
Willingness to engage in sales, client communication, customer service, and business development
n
Excellent learning ability, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
n
Previous experience in sales, trading, community management, or marketing is an advantage, but not required

No prior experience is required — full paid training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications
