Nepali Lai Kaam is seeking a resilient and organised Care Manager to join our team in NSW. You will manage a caseload of around 70 clients, conduct prospect meetings and drive 2-3 face-to-face visits weekly, with commission paid on wins.
The role offers a base salary of AU$80k plus superannuation and commission, plus a company car with fuel card and tolls, and flexible schedule: 8:30-4:30 or 9-5. After probation, you may work one day per week from home.
