Job Description
RDO Equipment Sydney is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring outstanding customer service, efficient workflow, and a safe, productive workplace. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will mentor technicians, schedule training, manage warranties and WIP, and drive a strong safety culture while maintaining high equipment standards.
