About the Role
n Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff.



You'll provide friendly, professional customer service, manage calls and enquiries, and support day ‐ to ‐ day administration to help keep the home running smoothly. You'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming setting for everyone who visits
