Smartphone Specialist/Sales Assistant

Job Description n
Key Duties and Responsibilities
n
Provide excellent customer service
n Demonstrate products and show customers how to maximize their features
n Provide basic smartphone repair service
n Assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the store
n Process orders in person and over the phone
n Maintain positive visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Requirements
n
A passion for customer service and sales achievement
n
Interested in phone repairs and current Technology Items
n
Valuable at cross/up selling and introducing new products
n




Excellent skills of problem solving and customer complaints handling
n Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
n The ability to work well in a team focused and rapid paced environment
n Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n Reliable and dedicated to the job
