Why this is an exciting opportunity

nAs a Data Analyst with HUB24, you will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting, dashboards and actionable insights that support decision-making, drive data maturity, and enhance the impact of data-driven solutions across the Group.n

What you'll be doing
n

n
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support business decision-making.
n
n
Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that provide meaningful business insights.
n
n
Use SQL, Python and analytics tools to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
n
n
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
n
n
Support data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the organisation's analytics capability.
n

What you bring
n

You don't need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills
n
n
n
n
Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
n
n
Strong SQL skills, with Python experience highly regarded.
n
n
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
n
n
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
n
n
Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
n
n
Experience in financial services, data consulting, Databricks or dbt will be highly regarded.
