Compass Education is seeking a Customer Support Officer in Australia to join our Contact Centre, helping schools maximize the Compass platform. You'll handle inquiries via phone, live chat and email, resolve issues, and ensure clear, timely communications.
Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, meet service targets and collaborate with colleagues to drive excellent customer outcomes. Flexibility for a rotating 7am–8pm AEST schedule is required.
