Job details Key duties and responsibilities n

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Investigating and resolving production incidents
n
Identifying, investigating and resolving systemic problems
n
Monitoring the CIAM platform and investigating alerts
n
Automating away repetitive operations tasks
n
Writing and maintaining SOPs for manual tasks
n
Reporting on the performance of the CIAM solution
n
Carrying out release activities
n
Possible after-hours on-call roster to support resolution of P1 incidents
n
