nThe Role:n
nAs a key member of our service and installation team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, secure, and high-standard HVAC solutions. You'll work across a variety of systems and environments, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from start to finish.n
n
nKey Responsibilities:n
n• Install, service, and repair a range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and multi-head units.n
n• Perform routine maintenance, conduct detailed diagnostics, and troubleshoot system issues to provide effective and lasting solutions.n
n• Carry out system commissioning and performance testing to ensure optimal efficiency and operation.n
n• Provide outstanding customer service, including clear communication to explain technical issues and recommended solutions.n
n• Strictly adhere to all Australian Standards, workplace health & safety protocols, and company procedures.n
n• Maintain a clean,



organized work area and take pride in the presentation of your company vehicle.n
n• Accurately complete job reports, service documentation, and timesheets promptly.n
n
nEssential Qualifications & Skills:n
n• A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent).n
n• A current and clean Australian Driver's License.n
n• Proven experience – at least 1 year of full-time work as an HVAC Technician, with demonstrated skills in installation, servicing, and fault-finding.n
n• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.n
n• Outstanding communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.n
n• The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.n
n• An unwavering commitment to workplace health and safety.n
