VMA Promotional Products are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Consultant to help in the day-to-day operation of our business. You will be taking & making calls and talking to clients and helping them in their selection of products, talking to distributors and organising orders & shipments etc.
n
While age is not important, your attitude is, so we are looking for a hard-working individual in this fast-paced environment with a 'can do' attitude to grow with us.
n
This is a permanent part-time role (min. of 5-6 hrs per day) with a growing company.

nRequirements n
n
Demonstrate a willingness to call existing clients on a daily basis to secure new orders
n
Proactive and effectively manage client orders and follow-ups
n
Ensure all leads are entered into the CRM, effectively ensuring detailed notes are logged along with the phone calls
n
Set reminders and follow-ups as required
n
Schedule and track orders, manage freight and delivery and keep the client fully informed
n
Provide Face to Face & Phone support in a courteous & professional manner
n




Provide effective and timely follow up of all client queries to ensure all customer needs are met &/or exceeded
n
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
n
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments
n
You do not need a university degree - just common sense
n

SIGNIFICANT
